She offers her large Talent Review & Succession Management expertise based on the belief that leaders need to make more proactive and strategic talent choices. These talent choices guarantee growth for the employee and manager and therefore sustainable growth for the organization. In addition to her experience and studies, she draws inspiration from Doris Sims Spies, Simon Sinek, Marc Effron, Brené Brown, Daniel Kahneman and others.
